By the end of Carhart GMS's Emerging Growth Services effort, generally within 60-90 days depending on market conditions, regular promotion of clients' products has begun and operations are ready for sales and revenue growth. Carhart GMS continues working with clients to direct on-target implementation of previously outlined strategies and systems, and to refine the identification of focused market and industry needs.

Specific benchmarks reached by the end of Emerging Growth Services include:

Full-time sales engineer is in place, and receives ongoing product training
Market data developed in earlier Market Planning and Preparation work is validated, and a formal
  marketing strategy completed
An initial supply system is in place, including development of a stocking plan
Initial U.S. export and China import logistics management is in place, facilitating ocean
  transportation, customs clearance, and export and import licenses
An after-sales system is in place, including service and support, and warranty and/or replacement
  parts
The client is represented at trade shows.
